We are looking forward to present you a new apartment building in Zell am See. The house is located just a view steps from the center of the famous ski resort. It creates an upscale environment which provides you with a cultivated and pleasant ambience.
For those who enjoy skiing the valley station of the "CityXpress", the entrance into the wonderful ski region "Schmittenhöhe" is within walking distance. The glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn can be reached with the complimentary skibus.
Zell am See also offers an attractive ice rink and an indoor pool, both of them are located right beside the Living Schönwies and are free for our guests.
Modern Apartments & Penthouse
Tastefully furnished suites
Starting December 2012 wintersport fans will be able to choose between 8 different, tastefully furnished suites. Each has two bedrooms and can be booked for two to four people.
We also offer a penthouse with three bedrooms. It is the perfect environment for up to six people who want to enjoy the special flair of Zell am See.
Of course there is a sufficient number of parking places, from dezember 2023 we have 4 charging station (extra fee) for our guests and also an elevator to get up to the apartments. We also provide a room for your ski equipment, including a heated shoe drying rack and a bicycle room.

From the 15. May to 31. October, guests receive the Zell am See-Kaprun Card free of charge. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars.
